7351 Whispering woods is a office building located in the heart of Coral Springs, FL.

After meeting with key members of the project we decided on how to proceed with the building’s website; we knew that virtual tours and realistic renders will be necessary in order to give the visitor the right feel about the offices.

Content of the website was written in order to give necessary information about the city, about, the project, and about the company.

Floor plans of both floors were uploaded to the website, a contact form was designed to receive requests by e-mail to person in charge of sales.

After couple of weeks the website had 13 pages indexed in Google® and was in all the major search engines, like Yahoo!, Lycos, Altavista, AOL, etc.

All the virtual tours and 3D renderings were created using latest technology software, using pictures and blue prints as main tool for our blank canvas.

Dr. Giraldo began with her practice close to 18 months ago giving great and personalized service, helping former and new patients.

She’s very clear on her practice’s inside-reality and has a very good concept of marketing. The first marketing pieces was to let patients know about she being the owner of the practice and new hygiene standards.

After gaining excellent reputation It was decided to generate a Direct Mail campaign on a 10 mile radius from her office located near downtown Fort Lauderdale. After focusing on the target market for the Direct Mail campaign we came out with close to 23,000 hits that met our criteria; then we focused on an appealing design for the mailing piece with and effective call to action for the target.

After mailing just 1/3 of the Fort Lauderdale database for the Direct Mail Campaign it has giving a very good results giving positive R.O.I and still having more than 12,000 hits to reach.
